Supporting our users during this challenging time
Well, 2020 is over thank goodness and with a lot of us working remotely, here at PatronBase we have been busy working on new ways to stay in touch with our users.
What we are doing right now
We delighted to have recently launched our PatronBase Community user forum, where you will be able to converse, share and engage with other users from venues across the country and further afield, and with the team here at PatronBase. As well as news and views about PatronBase and the industry more widely, the forum is a great way to keep in touch and ask any general “how do I” questions and a great place to ask other industry peers about how their venues run a particular process or scheme. For example, how your venue manages accessibility issues or how you plan to run your venue in a COVID-19 safe way. We’ll also be posting regular polls and inviting feedback so you can help us shape the future of the PatronBase product suite.

What’s next
Over the coming weeks, we will be announcing other new incentives, including the launch of our PatronBase Academy online seminar series which will include some online training seminars and some more focussed sector-related sessions. Please keep an eye out early January for some further announcements.
